We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
- In-stock Products: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
- Pre-order Products: Delivery time is based on arrival schedules and may vary by region.
Shipping Destinations
Smaraad ships to most countries globally. Our 6 overseas warehouses in Spain, Poland, USA, Brazil, UAE, and China help us deliver to most destinations within 7–20 business days.
Shipping Methods
We select the most efficient delivery method based on your location and order type. Shipping may be handled via:
- Sea Freight
- Air Freight
- Ground Transportation
Order Handling Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
Multiple Items in One Order
We aim to ship all items together. However, some products may arrive separately due to warehouse locations or packaging needs. You will receive tracking info for each shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking details and carrier information.
Address Changes
We cannot change the shipping address after dispatch. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
If an address needs correction, you may cancel the order within 60 minutes and place a new one.
Important Notes
- If you cancel after 1 hour, return shipping fees may apply.
- If the customer provides an incorrect address and the package is lost, Smaraad is not responsible for replacement or refund.
- Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
